If you are going to throw in on everything that individuals COULD be performing illegal activities, I have no defense. If I thought like you I would just sell FAMH because they will NEVER make it to the $4.00 per share price required to get on the NASDAQ and away from these MM's. In your mind they are out to screw you and you can do nothing about it. Also in your world even if you reported the MM's to the NASD or SEC, you probably would say these entities are in on the scam if they found nothing. If everyone is crooked why do you invest or by that matter ever go out of your house.
