Wow, quite a story! Corruption and crime are abundant in Eastern
Europe, especially in Russia. The shareholder's rights are vague.
Ponzi schemes are not rare in Russia nowadays. In fact, in 1992
there were lots of them, the most famous being MMM. That's why
I prefer US-managed mutual fund (enough diversification to
avoid these things, but not the market collapse) to ADRs. -Vi

I don't see what your story repost about this Canadian stock has to do with the theme of this board. I'd welcome if we continued to talk Russia and Eastern Europe here.
