Jim, you can take any factor you choose, but IMO it should be between 3 and 10. If 10 times the shares you counted is only 2 or 3 times the number of share reported outstanding, then floorless isn't a problem. If the multiplied count is 5 or more time the outstanding then we probably have a floorless. Just my opinion.

I doesn't matter how many e-mails you receive or how many shares they claim they have or divide this into that, it doesn't mean a thing. PKGP is trading 20 MILLION SHARES a day. You couldn't keep track of shareholders in this company from one minute to the next. Just let PKGP do it's thing and don't worry about every tick up or down or how many e-mails you get. WHO CARES except for the MM's and the day traders:-)
