I can not comment on the warrants other then to say it was poor financial planning on the part of management. It also represents IMHO an attempt by GF to prevent dilution until the JV. I think that he believes by delaying the hit, which is the game he is playing, with the Hunts, and showing that he has access to capital he will get the JV and buy out the Hunt facilities without exercising them. This is a form of "Lebanese Roulette" that GF has played for a long time. As a significant shareholder I hope he wins.

On another note the trading in this stock IMHO indicates that someone is aggressively accumulating a position at these prices. The market got very fast yesterday and a big volume was taken in from small holders. IMO the stock is under heavy accumulation and I think that you should watch your pockets because someone has their hands in them.
