Jay,

Your post contains much wisdom. I just received an e-mail from Tokyo Mex that makes me question his sincerity. I believe what I posted on Yahoo would apply to a lot of us long-term investors:

From Yahoo

...As far I can see everything that Tokyo Mex has pointed out is true and can be verified.

Now having said that, I am not convinced that he is a long-term investor especially after reading his response to an e-mail I just sent to him. Even so the long-term potential for this company remains as it always has been. Perhaps some, understandably, will want to wait out the tidal wave on the side lines while others will trade for a little profit. Regardless, none of this will affect the business that Strauss is building---no licensee will balk because of stock activity, no progress on the microvalve will be impeded. Worst case scenario is that there will be a lot of "I told you so's" from both sides depending on who feels they are in the catbird seat (or Cadillac seat<g>).

As a long-term investor I will watch and continue to accumulate patiently---to the rest of you good luck with whatever you do.
