first of all sorry for my partially omissions regarding Mr. Fisher owning the other preferred. I just implied that this deal doesn't strengthen HIS position that's what I omitted.

Besides this, are You meaning an acquisition is in the works ?

I seem to sniff it thru Your last hint (feel far more important going on..). Would be bad for us to acquire the company at this stage before the party had begun <g>

Well it came into the market alright and the way it came just added 33% to their short position if they have one.
