*AV*--I am establishing some Dec1999 lower cpaital gains tax positions over the course of the next few weeks. This list consists of around 10 stocks that includes IDTI. I picked up the IDTI at $10.0625 and feel confident that I may see $15 by year end 1999.

Others that are being accumulated for this basket of goods are:
ASYT($21)-ADPT($16)-TER($33.5)-CYMI($19.75)-MTZ($22)-NVLS, KLAC, PAIR, and SFAM($22). As some of you are aware, I take a bucket/basket approach to certain investments. These stocks make up an investment bucket that comes due late Dec99. If any of these stocks pass a 50% gain threshold prior to the due date, I will re-evaluate and possibly exit or rotate from the stock.

Contrary to the negative momentum and based on a strong feeling that ADPT will NOT have a good Apr-Jun quarter, I feel compelled to add more ADPT to the portfolio for its eventual recovery. This is one of the most deeply discounted stocks around, IMO.

The number #1 "pick" for Dec1999 from this list has got to be CYMI. I think it comes into its own mid to late 1999 with a target close to $50. Out on a limb, as usual but it is my #1 long term Home Run. My position is to hold this until I can take advantage of the lower Tax rate. Call it a little disciplined long term holding aid by the IRS taxes<GGG>.
