Luc,
I think TRF drops due to a political than economic. The crisis (Alexander Lebed was elected) was not only reason to impact on Russian stocks. Look at the the government bond and ruble, they are also plummeted. To many bad things happen at the same time. I do not know how lower she might hit, but it is not a good time to jump in, (JMHO).
