Sounds like a rhetorical question but I'll bite to get us started.

Clearly the financial collapse of 2/3 of the worlds population would be a bigger threat than inflation in the US.

Now clearly SE Asia is having significant troubles and Indonesia is leading the pack. But how do you get 2/3s? You would need both China and India for that. The Indian economy is going to take a hit from sanctions but I don't think it will collapse. China obviously is much more vulnerable. In addition there is a lot of high level nepotism/corruption. But so far they seem to have avoided the worse. So what do you think would trigger a financial collapse of 2/3 of the world population.

FWIW I am more concerned by the situation In Japan than SE Asia.
