Any clues as to what is going on with these guys? I sold but bought back in at .30. This puppy just has too much going for it to turn into another penny stock loser.

BC FAN I too have just read Dick's post and rate it excellent! as a matter of fact ever since Mackie's last post the thread has had a dramatic improvement. You are quite correct that there are a lot of lurkers here that are long on FAMH and are not posting due to the garbage that has inundated this thread these past few weeks, if we can get more intelligent post's like Dick's we may be able to turn this extreme negativism around. BCFan. Had not expected that my post would create the kind of reaction that it has. I have sent an e-mail to Ira, but it appears that Arif does not have an e-mail address on aol, i.e., I tried ariffm@aol.com and it did not go through. Will send the post via FAX tomorrow to both our heroes. I do not mean to use that term lightly. The deal they pulled off to acquire Myriad approaches herculean proportions. Acquire a company doing $55 million in net sales for $1 million in cash and $3.5 million over 5 years. Who's kidding who? That's fantastic!!! Has Mackie ever pulled of such a deal? Unlikely, he is still looking for telephone numbers!! Thanks for your support. My recommendation is that we all focus on posts that address the following question, "How can we increase FAMH value?" While I appreciate there is a second board that has been set up for FAMH- No Bashers, aren't we collectively strong enough to post here and ignore the negative and get on with building the positive? I would sure hope so. Do the bashers contend that this is a $120 million in net sales company (for FY 1998)? Do they contend that we are making money (for FY 1998)? I think the contention is over promises not kept, I agree, they haven't been! The contention is over who called whom at the SEC to do what, when. So what!!! We are a huge company (on OTC:BB scale), making money (we believe but do not have it confirmed) in filings with the SEC. We operate in a high growth market that is not likely to let up for a while, and our President is focused on operating margins, with the nick-name the "bulldozer". Does it get any better than this? I don't think so!!! Are there issues? Yes there are and as a stockholder, I want them addressed and yes, I want them addressed now. Is there anything wrong with that? I don't think so!!! Am I looking for a job as CFO? No!! I like what I do and I'm not a top notch bean counter. Let's have some fun. Let's go FAMH!!!. Best regards, Dick
