I don't know GC... that last round of financing looked pretty savvy to me... they now are the best financed search engine out there... with minimal /share impact.... and the company maintains float contol.... and these warrents/shares cannot be offered for sale in the US..... they got 18 1/4 (US currency) share (that's 1 3/4 better than yesterdays close)... this was not a penny stock Reg S where heavily discounted offshore shares can be dumped on the domestic market 90days later.... they saved mucho $s doing it this way... as you may know, a banker can charge 8 1/2% and higher for such a deal... I suspect it cost OTEXF 1/2%.... however, they won't get any residual sponsorship that a typical equity financing ofers... For sure the chart has broken down... C ya
