Well Purething, I think I can start to answer the first part of the first question. Listed in the Articles of Incorporation as the initial directors are Thomas F. Stinson, III, Scott Howell, and Brian C. Capellaro. Unfortunately, this says nothing about who owns the shares of the underlying stock. Nor do we have any idea about when this arrangement was actually signed. All we can see from the original documents are that they were received at 3:33pm May 11, 1998 by the office of the Secretary of State of Florida in Tallahassee.

The claimed date of effectiveness in the Articles of Incorporation is Mar 3, 1998. But when it was actually signed is conspicuously missing, leaving open any certification that it was actually signed on or before March 3. (Note the cover sheet has RUSH stamped on it.) I'll bet that it was a rush.

As to finding out the answer to that or anything else about any less than arms length connections between Merced and Cashco, Catalyst or 11th Hour, good luck. This is not a company that seems to value informed stockholders.
