Charles, It would be interesting to see what the software experts say. Given enough time, the guys at AVNT may be capable of changing the design in such a way (e.g., from procedure oriented to object oriented) that it would be more difficult to prove they copied the code. In the legal system crooks are one step ahead, you have got to prove they are guilty. In such a technical matter I wonder how easy this will be. The first ruling, I understand was based on these guys literally compiling virtually the same code just with minor cosmetic changes. If this is not the case, let me know I I will short AVNT again.

Extremely funny post from one of the TAVA threads....

Message 4501162

<<If you look at the Times & Sales, it appears to me that all the blocks 10,000 or greater are buys. The tug-of-war between the small blocks (100 to 3000) is being won by the sellers. This scenario looks bullish to me.>>

Second only to the bizarre Y2K "prophecies", I particularly enjoy the insane scenarios the Y2K cultists come up with to explain why their dog money-losers are tanking. If you check some of the other posts around this one, you'll see a lot of babble about those "crooked MMs". LOL!!!!

(BTW - I'm sure some Y2K/TAVA groupie who spends most of his waking hours monitoring all the internet discussion threads for mentions of TAVA will either respond directly to this post with some diatribe about how I'm "ignorant" about TAVA and the Y2K problem in general and/or make some smug remark on one of the TAVA threads.)
