Reggie,

>>Yes I do. Do you see the unfair leverage in my going up against Merrill Lynch?

Once you get passed that T1 requirement on your software I think your business model will improve. Of course, maybe its your business model that is not valid; try switching to a new product or service. If it makes you feel better, when the Regimodel has 60% of the market I'll support you in your battle against the dark forces of Merrill Lynch.

Cheers,

Norm

Reg, to keep it in perspective, Opera is at least making an effort to do something different; to innovate. From their little page magnification feature to its ultra-light operation to remembering window contents between sessions&#151it's something new and different. That's the thing&#151real software developers by nature, have this urge to create or improve, and hopefully make some bucks in the process.

Thus far, NSCP isn't shoving their browser into Mom and Pops's face via an OS that M & P pretty much have to choose at this point. So Opera has a tough road, but by actually creating, innovating, and improving, perhaps they'll interest enough users to strike it rich. That's the glorious thing about capitalism and competition&#151they can work just fine without MicroTyson Business Principles&#153.

As for Merrill Lynch, hey&#151if you have a better offering, get on the promo train and let the world know about it. Let them know exactly why it's better. Somebody will notice&#151even Opera is starting to develop a base.
