Hi Paul:
wonder what is happening to the world ..shortly gold should wake
up big time..now that China is supposedly pointing 12 missiles at
us..now that India has been forced because of our giving China technology and I think Pakistan..in the name of global commerce..
I can't remember when the world was more unstable...
pretty soon I think the focus will be away from equities and mergers
and back to national security and questions as to "global commerce"..
maybe Clinton won't be impeached but letting commerce override defense
has to get people's attention..
also corporations..ie Loral supposedly giving one million dollars
to campaign funding..might start giving corporations a big black eye..
possibly the only one who is happy is probably Gates who might use
this latest madness as a counterpunch..
also interesting..I think Netscape originally sprung from tax payers
money and I think the funding for the missiles's research from Loral came a lot from taxpayers..
a lot of irony...especially that now maybe Loral will get even more
business from us to defend us...
possibly I am overreacting........

Well, you were right, everything was up.
On to other matters, our market can't keep going up for long.

they just have very little to buy with.
