Though not formally, I would encourage the company to issue you a legal warning regarding the nature of your above-quoted remarks. I challenge the company to do so. I have several witnesses of lies. And furthermore, I want them to know that I'm sick and tired of them insinuating to shareholders through documents such as the 8-k, and using innuendo to get people to buy their shares. What about newcomers wanting to buy into the company, Partytime? They call them up and are promised financials, so they buy in. Then it doesn't happen. Is that fair to them? I was willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt, until the new regime decided to pick up where the old one left off. I'm not slandering them, Partytime. What case could they bring up against me? They continue to lie to shareholders. Matty Gregg
