michael,

i just pulled an article out of bloomberg magazine where you were mentioned as liking SCTC. it just split today but seems cheap compared to recent quarters groth rate. it ran up nicely with last qtrs earnings, but appears to be stalled out now. what are your thoughts about the company now?

Hi Michael D. Burke; Regarding Bernie Schaeffer...

His latest throw-away promotion quotes:

Bernie is one of the brightest guys around
and an interview with Barron's several months
ago was one of the best things I have seen
in that publication ever.

-- Michael Burke, Editor-in-Chief, Investor's Intelligence

Is that your feeling on the guy? He's an option guru.

For reference, here is the Schaeffer thread:
Subject 14173

TIA,

Noticed this today:

-- America Online Inc. (AOL - news) and Eastman Kodak Co. (EK - news) said in a joint statement Tuesday they would offer AOL members the
ability to have their pictures delivered directly to them via the on-line service. The two companies will share the revenues from the joint-venture, but
did not disclose the financial details of the venture. AOL shares closed at 83, Kodak ended at 70-10/16.

Thought AOL already provide that service to a select clientele. <G>

Mike,

Do you have an opinion on the high yield bonds that were issued by the South Korean government and that are denominated in U.S. dollars? The bonds are now selling below their initial issue price. Thank you very much.
