Don, I just got off the phone with Joe Gort. He stated there will not be a news announcement today! He said there is an 80% chance for the announcement on Wednesday and 100% chance the merger will be announced on Thursday. Good Luck, Ben

Don: It a momentum play right now. I too have bought stocks without knowing it's past. Some people will make money on this short term. I sold my .039 at .06. So I'm back to waiting for a dollar. This "news" was out already a few weeks now. I can't explain all the excitement. George
