Jonathan, Thanks for the news alert at Paracelsian's web site. It's well worth the visit. It also gives additional insight to the way the company is thinking. The more I find out the more encouraged I become. So far I am pleased with the way management is handling things. Harold

Hi Jonathan, Did anyone ask anything about the possibility of NASDAQ delisting PRLN? I know there was much crying out and nashing of teeth on the Yahoo about this possibility. One poster even predicted that the stock would be delisted by May 4. Obviously, this prediction didn't come true. It seems to me that with the new infusion of cash, PRLN has moved a step in the right direction and reduced the probability of delisting. How long does the company have before it must get its share price over $1 or else be delisted? I am a bit reluctant to make predictions about the stock price. I have been wrong too many times in the past. But I predict that if PRLN signs a contract with Natures Way then the stock price will jump over $1. Robin Messing
