Trade Zmax not Tava. Stock is breaking out on news of nasdaq listing. Company has been in a self imposed quiet period while awaiting this listing news and have a back log of announcements. Expect several over the next 30-45 days.

Company is doing full conversions for Alliance Capital, Leman Bro's, HUD, State of California Insurance fund, Wisconsin P&L, and Washington Gas among others.

Dear Tim: Why in Gods name would TAVA want to issue more paper now. THAT would be a disaster. The one major weakness in this company is it has too damn much paper out there now. If they do this to us, I for one will declare WAR on these people. JDN
