Dear Kevin: Have you gotten any indication when the deal is coming i.e. what date. I called Smith Barney and they said they didn't know when but my guy doesn't know much ever even though he is a branch manager. I also asked if there was much interest and he didn't know the answer to that. So I put in what they call an expression of interest for stock and will have to keep checking to see whether the deal is tight or not. I would recommend that others on this thread do the same. If you get allocated (prorated) then that is good news if there is a lot of stock around that is bad news. I think given the action of the stock of late that this has been leaking out slowly. JFD
