Tokyo Mex san:

Dumb question....time...regarding PLNM news statements....why isn't there a safe harbor statement at the end of any of these releases saying these are forward looking statements ...ya...da...ya...da..ya ..da.

Are only sec filing companies required to add these statements?

Plus why did the company choose to incorporate in Minnesota? what advantages does Minnesota offer over other states for incorporation?

Curious...my questions are NOT intended to beseech you or this company in any way. However, I am very interested in the answers to these questions. Maybe you have addressed these to the company's officers , or maybe you already know the answers from your experience.

Thanks

ztect

Tokyo: I still don't get it. What does PLNM have to offer that a home buyer would pay for? A comparison of different mortgage interest rates? There are already many free sites which provide that information. Just do a search on "mortgage interest" and you'll see what I mean. Why would a home buyer pay for what they can get for free?

I understand why mortgage brokers would pay to subscribe to their service. The rest sounds kind of fuzzy to me. Have they managed to convince anybody to pay them a finders fee for a loan? How much of that $40 million revenue projection is from these fuzzy sources?

$25,000 average salary? In Seattle? Barely compete with McDonalds at that rate.
