Tell me how you got that 10mb internet connection. You got
a fistfull of t3 lines running in? Is this satellite?
You may have posted that info before, but I don't recall, sorry.

The crux of the question is does your internet connection
sit on its own IP address or does it connect through a
card in a PC which has a separate network card connecting
to your local lan. If the former, you need the switching
hub or all 10 mb. If the latter, you can go all 100mb on
the local lan. You will have to access the internet via
the pc it's connected to, which is why you need some sort
of IP routing or gateway capability on that PC. 100 mb will
help you only marginally for internet access from PCs not
directly connected to the internet, but helps a lot for
disk access.
