Look at all the company's already boasting their 300mm in contracts and sitting at 2-3 level. Where is the full Nasdaq listing...???? This is just another attempt at taking a different approach. I like the Idea of news coming for FCC approval on ARD and now we can push the On Line Check cashing back n forth. I think the check cashing is big........

How many small companies can boast sales of over 300 mil... They do not have sales over 300mil, they hardly have any sales at all...this is a potential sales figure once they emerge from the R&D stage. And why is heaven sake would they even need to do a reverse???? Now that I cannot figure why on earth they would want to do that...talk about shooting yourself right in the foot...notice the timing though, bring out the bad news about the reverse and then later that night bring out the good news about the acquisition...maybe they expected the good and bad to cancel each other out??
