Richard: Not trying to rub anything in to people who feel bad enough already, but a few months ago, a comparison was made concerning the relative market caps. of the various desert dirts. At the time, Naxos' market cap. stood out like a sore thumb. When that situation was pointed out, this thread didn't seem to take the comparison very seriously. That situation has pretty much corrected itself. Unfortunately, I would have preferred to see the market caps. of the other dirts rise to meet Naxos' rather than vice versa.

A few months back we were also talking about a small pilot plant at Naxos and a 1,000 ton per day production at Maxam. Now we are talking about a 10-ton per day pilot plant at Maxam and I'm not even sure what Naxos' plans are for production. All I can say is this is a depressing sector of the market to be in right now.

But at least GPGI apparently bought an ad in Barrons saying they have sold $6,000 worth of silver. However, the ad probably cost them $7,000. <VBG>
