Oh, and BTW..one of the things I've always figured in my plan of 10 to 1 is DOJ would nut MS. Ain't happened yet............but they got the nuts on the block.

<<<<<<One this is totally clear to me ......yep. i agree. i have bought and sold a lot of stocks in the last year. one of the few i feel confident holding is ckfr along with msft (sorry), intu, and a few others. ......when this baby starts to move it should move fast. people will understand that they are the industry leader. as i have told you many times--i don't sell the leader in an exploding industry just because the stock is languishing. ......good luck to you ...by the way did you ever check out PNLK? curtis
