Gee CuZn you coulda done that and I would never have known. I agree that if your reason says it is garbage you should avoid it. My ego doesn't seek adoration and respect so you haven't offended me. For some unknown reason your personality has drawn me to like you. I did not say the bible was garbage. I just proclaim that it is the work of a human who has compiled a lot of prior reasoning and put his spin on it for selfish reason. Miracles and prophecy are easy to manufacture. My reason tells me if I wrote a history book. I could finish it writing the prophecy fulfilled of my earlier prophecy very easily. That neither makes it prophetic or true, even if the events did happen. I knew it when I falsely named it a prophecy. He sure had a hassle tho with that genealogy line tracing some of his mothers sires to fulfill the prophecy the Christ would be born in the house of David. My reasoning, faulty as it is, says a divine father would have no genealogy. You see Cuz I just cannot abandon reason when I read the bible. Miracles were inserted to give authority and since they did not exist who can prove them right or wrong. Medical Doctors who cannot conceive of me surviving my illness are amazed and call me a miracle. I do not consider anything miraculous about it. It was created by the reasoning that if I got better I better do it myself. So when I recovered my reasoning mind from the coma, I demanded I be released from the hospital with threats of a lawsuit and came home. The Christ in me guided my mortal mind on how to go about getting better. I have refused 2 operations since then that Doctors insisted I must have to live. So you see my reasoning tells me my indwelling Christ is the only person to guide my life. People who cling to the "Good Book" shouldn't be afraid to look at opposing views.
