Acquisitions: Did others notice Jenkins change in tone on this conference call when queried about acquisitions? In Fall and Winter, he indicated they were on the back burner - way back. But in the latest CC, he indicated that they were again a definite possibility. The senior credit facility for $4 mil. can be expanded to $6 mil. "under certain conditions". Also, in evaluating "Solution Provider Partners", Tava must be getting a good look at some good companies. With high margin May revenues soaring, $6.1 mil. cash in the till at 3/31, another $2 mil. from the public warrant exercise after 3/31, and about $4.5 mil. in cash available from the credit facility, Tava could easily make an accretive acquisition - very accretive.
