Yes VLAD, If sounds like we are reading the same thing received through the mail. I read the booklet again with my magnifying glass. The type is pretty small for me. In all fairness, on page 16 the company (VVUS) is not even listed as part of the Class Securities in this particular litigation. I stand corrected in thinking that this had something to do with the other pending and ongoing Suit against VVUS. This is against NASDAQ Market-Makers. Since, I joined the Class against VVUS I came to the wrong assumption before reading the last pages of the 18 pages. Like others on this forum, the financial negative impact has been massive for me.
