TSO: Darned if I know? Communications is several steps away from my "strengths" i.e., nothing. I think I mentioned eons ago that I really liked your Qwest story - the potential just blew me away. I know Williams is pretty good. Iridium means MOT so take a pot-shot there. Of the others WCOM I did consulting work for in my other life so I can't comment. Of the remaining others there I know nada. Nevertheless if you control the lines you control the minds.
