These facts alone make what Microsoft is doing illegal:
Most OEM's and end users will use the browser at hand, if one is installed. Microsoft knows this and is trying to exploit it along with their monopoly in the OS market. Perhaps I am mis-informed, but didn't Microsoft try to "strong arm" OEM's (Compaq, I believe, et. al.) into not installing Netscape. If that was the case, it was illegal.

Realistically, there is no other choice in the OS market. I use a PC and Microsoft's OS to be compatible with work. Otherwise, I would use a MAC, which I am thinking about getting anyway.
