Good Morning Sonny,

I think that situations are too unstable and unpredictable right now for the Fed to take any actions to change the interest rate factor. I doubt that this will be any concern. The barn storming yesterday against Microsoft was nothing but illegal attempts to extort money from Microsoft and there is no basis for any of the states or the doj claims. I think the company and the shareholders should launch a counter suit for frivilous claims, corporate harassment, legal recovery fees, and the driving down of the stock share price.

After the Bell lets hope it will be ding dong for
DELL as any disappointment in this company's earnings would be like a death knell for the techs.

Have a good day
Frank

Sonny- Ithink our Gvt has forgotten that the mission of the Sherman act was to protect the consumer. I fail to see where the consumer has been harmed, or is likely to be. MSFT has used its strong marketing position to leverage new products and tecchnology, while maintaining low prices, even free stuff. As Frank stated in an earlier post, this is a Gvt ploy to extort money from private industry.

When are you leaving for Hatteras? I had considered joining you for some crabcake and a few cold ones, but a family situation is keeping us pretty close to home. The weather has been great, so I'm sure you will have a great time

Here is a news item on MSFT-kind of downbeat.
