FYI, 7th Level filed their proxy today. What is interesting is the identities of the new investors who bought on the private placement as well as the additional investment by some of the big names already involved. Some good names here.... Entec, which is a Mike Milken partnership, DLJ Capital (Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette) and Oppenheimer Cv Bond Fund. Not sure I would want to be short with that kind of fire power now involved. Just my opinion.

David...you should change to Schwab. I just shorted some more shares this morning at $5.

I've rode Sevl for six straight winning shorts.

In the long run I believe this stock is headed for $1. What do you think? Have you taken a good look at their financials? Looks like smoke and mirrors to me?
