I wish there were a way to determine if the Reg D shares have been recently entering the market because it would be very good to move them out of the way prior to any announcement. The March Reg D lenders, Combination, Inc. were apparently the ones who dumped an earlier load of Reg D stock following the IBM announcement last December - hence the stock subsequently fell flat. I hope Combination is not waiting around to do the same this time and that they may at least be unloading some of their shares already.

If those shares do enter the market following an announcement, I feel confident that this time the upturn in volume and price could be enough to absorb those shares without the kind of drag experienced in December. Besides, one announcement this time should be followed by others and it could be "off to the races". It's now or never for Wave.
