Bob S, I posed a simple question. I made no allegations. If the old wells are different from the pictured new wells with the same identification, so be it. But if they are the same, then there are a few questions I want to ask. First, 20 years ago, Hoefle Oil in Billings, Montana, sent an application to the Nebraska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission regarding spacing pattern. They stated that they were the owners of the entire oil and gas leasehold estate with regard to the Niobrara Formation in Sections 19,20,21,29,30 in Township 14 North, Range 43 West of the 6th P.M. in Deuel County,Nebraska. They further stated they were the operator with regard to the Porter #1 and Johnson #1 wells situated as I posted. Now will you please verify this for yourself and everybody's sake with Hoefle and the Commission, instead of demanding me to prove the veracity of my quotes, a feat I'm not able to do. However, I am convinced the documents are genuine. Unfortunately I don't have anybody to ask so I ask the thread readers. Q: Has NAMX acquired the leasehold from Hoefle? Is the NAMX 25000 acre lease identical to the Hoefle lease? Q: Did NAMX drill new wells or did they reopen the old ones? (Porter #1,Johnson #1) Q: Indubitably this is not a new field and old drill results were available. Was there an EMsounder scan (as shown in the pictures) of this field? As an investor, I want the real facts. As an investor, so do I.As an investor I want to get to the bottom of the manipulation against NAMX. As an investor I think you have reached your goal.So tell the whole story and let us decide. Members of the jury, the defence rests its case!
