Steve, Contact Lippert/Heilshorn for investor packet. They were very prompt getting it out to me. It has all reports over last 18 months or so. I don't know what happened to Edgar/SEC. I was able to pull the reports last year but Deswell no longer comes up. If you want a history before you get the packet, www.wsrn.com is a good source. The best source of info is a read back thru the thread, particularly the posts made last Fall when the Asian situation developed. The thread did extensive research including two phone conversations with Mr. Lau to determine the impact on Deswell. LOL, Ron
