Oh, Boy: Earning is out on Edgar. Looks like we need to take the loss and move on. We should expect this when this baby was down below $1.00 without apparent reason. Surely, insiders knew this well before we know. Anyway, good luck, Malcolm and All. Regards.

Thanks Malcom, I was very interested in this stock at $.65 for the same reasons you stated. After reading the management discussion of the 10 Q, This company has a LOT of dirty laundry to take care of. I think a lot of the current stockholders saw this with frustration and bailed. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to review all 28 pages but I will say that for once in my investing career, taking my time paid off. Good luck to those of you holding this one and I will continue to take a close look as the price is tempting but the 10 Q is horrible. It will be interesting to see Bill Matthews spin on this one.
