Today's IBD has CYI at 43 - A. Confirms accumulation is still underway. We just have to ignore the day-traders and short-term holders they just do their own thing, but miss out on the true long term profits and low income taxes (18 mo. +). If patience is a true virtue, we should be well rewarded in the fullness of time. $6 has been a prediction I have seen several times this year. My bet is on somewhere between $7 to $7-1/2 by year end (subject to several good quarters, new contracts, and a turnaround by secure computing division). Think the odds are soundly in our favor.

Fresh CYI gossip-talk :-)

Any comments on the statement underneath (copied from Yahoo) ?

CYI to be bought
Big rumor from friends at DELL. CYI to be acquired. More info to follow!
---

I know that most posts on the yahoo thread have zero content, but the company for which Mr. Gangemi worked has strong ties with Dell.
Furthermore, Dell has no specialised secured computing division.

What accounting principles are generally used to calculate a fair takeoverprice ?

Bullseye!
