Dan:

Great recap of the CC...

Here are some questions you had:
*********************************
>>>Some other stuff I did not follow from some women from Sun
America. She seemed a bit on the attack concerning EBITDA. RECY had an answer - not sure it was what she was looking for.
<<<

She was referring to the RECY offering for the 250 million... She felt that the printed material didn't fully cover all the issues... Tom Wiens answered that there were preliminary papers that were updated based on the presentations RECY was making to debt providers... The Sun America person's silence was interpreted by me that she wasn't satisfied with the answer...

>>>When asked if they could continue acquisitions at a torrid pace,
they indicate the 3000 scrap companies and that at a $1B rune rate, they only have a 5% market share. Lots of opportunity.

Jim, I missed their statement of a much bigger share goal. Are you
sure????
<<<

Yep... they think they can be a major player, to the tune of 5% to 15% of a 20 billion dollar scrap metal market...

It makes sense... They will be at one billion revenue run rate at the end of this year, or by the first Qtr of next year... That already represents 5% of the total market... I think they are far from done in their Acquisition strategy...
