Steven,

They filed an extension to their 10Q. They have to report next month.
Unless they are allowed to file another extension? I don't know. In a short while we'll find out how many shares are floating.

I do agree that a lot of shares traded yesterday, and it meant that everyone and their uncle bought and sold this gem a few times yesterday. Which doesn't make sense. It was 24M traded?

That was amazing, and I agree where did they come from?

I tend to think most everything on the net is overstated.
I would have to see the responses to believe it. And then
would take it with a grain of salt.

Happy investing!

My only concern about the shares outstanding is this-JimB said he got 121+ emails of shareholders. If, on avg. each person held 50,000 shares (a 4 grand investment @.08), then that is over 6M shares held just by SI folks. I know I have more than 50K as I'm sure a lot of you do as well. This just doesn't compute.

Also, Steve, there are a lot of posters on the Yahoo PKGP thread (who don't post here) who talk about owning PKGP shares.
