Hey Joe
Once again I don't think some on this thread get it.
Here you are doing DD and sharing as you go, giving us the opportunity to be a part of the growth and appreciation. Thanks
btw, I say this from someone who has followed this company for several months now and can see you are doing some great DD on this company, as I can confirm everything you say from my contact with the company.

Tokyo, no freight forwarder provides customs documentation or aid. My company imports and exports containers of goods every week to and from Japan. All a freight forwarder will do is take your container and move it from point A to point B. They have nothing to do with Customs; the shipper has to arrange for the entry and clearance through Customs with a private broker. I doubt PNLK will get into the brokerage service though they will provide the necessary information to get a carton through customs with as little headache as possible. Things do get stuck in customs if the proper paperwork is not submitted with the goods.

> at a market cap of 200 million dollars with 5 staff,,

At this point in PNLK's life cycle, they have little need for a huge staff. PNLM needs those 40 people for their sales force and administration. If PNLK gears up for signing up accounts directly by cold calling companies or by aggressively marketing their service, then they will have to increase their staff and payroll. Until then, if they do not have the need for extra staff now, why waste resources on payroll when there is no outlet for the work?

I think both PNLK and PLNM offer interesting opportunities, I have positions in both, but comparing two companies like this is not very useful due to their different businesses, time in business, and target markets.

Regards,
Peter
