My comment was simply to head off the possibly inadvertent use of the word "contract", which had been used to describe this agreement to offer. What the announcement says is simply that the company has agreed to submit proposals to 125,000 insurance agents and that they expect a 20% success rate on those proposals. The agreement does little more than to get FNTN's salespeople in the door, from there it's up to the individual; there's no "contract" of any kind in terms of sales. So, unless there's much more behind this, the agreement has little more weight, IMHO, than an agreement to offer one's services any other non-captive group. I, too, am betting that FNTN has a ready market for its product, but that announcement was, if you'll excuse me for saying so, rather "hype-ish".
