Tippet:

Apparently we disagree concerning legal action, on behalf of a competitor, by the DOJ. This action attacks the very base of our economic-corporate structure. Nevertheless, the issue is best left alone since debate arises from incongruent philosophical presuppositions -- vis a vis free trade, global competition, positive reinforcement of technical progress, and the net worth of the Clinton administration. Only time will tell!

Do you wonder if this DOJ action is a political perk?

Last time I checked, bonds were reacting as expected.
