Dennis, the WSJ is shooting from the hip, quoting any and everything, regardless of truth. Today their top story implied the computer OEMs don't have the authority from MSFT to add any software to the "first boot" screen. Which is totally funny and a huge lie. As anyone who has bought a PC within the last decade up until today knows. Microsoft gives over 80% of the desktop screen to PC OEMs to do completely as they wish with. This is not a new policy, either. But the WSJ just prints whatever some idiot says.
