TO ALL Just spoke with Joe. THE MAN IS SWAMPED WITH CALLS! Appears as though the deal with Mountain may be larger than expected. Joe hinted that other firms maybe brought into the fold, giving this deal an even larger book value! Call the man if you don't believe me. Looks as though alot of people close to this deal are buying with a vengence! By the way, Joe also said that the deal DOES NOT EVEN TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE PROPERTY VALUE!!!!!
