Technologies, Inc.

uniView Set-Top Boxes to be Packaged With Tandberg Vision 2000 Video Conferencing Systems; Agreement Brings Internet

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1998-- uniView Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:UVEW - news) has agreed to supply its state-of-the-art convergence
product to NuVision Technologies, Inc. in an effort to integrate Internet access into boardrooms across America. Under the agreement, uniView's innovative
set-top boxes and Internet service will be bundled with the Tandberg video conferencing systems distributed by NuVision.

The agreement calls for the initial purchase of 1,000 uniView(tm) set-top boxes by NuVision, with plans to acquire 11,000 additional units over the next 18
months. In addition, uniView Technologies will supply its uniView Xpressway(tm) Internet service and customer support to NuVision's customers who purchase
the bundled leading-edge systems.
