I suspect that the MAY 20, 1997 right at the top is a good enough disclaimer!

(got it right off the DELL website, by the way, where their Financial PR page is way out of date - perhaps the SEC will go after them)

The date was right there for anyone to read. If you think the SEC is going to go after someone for posting a year old news story...well? He needed no disclaimer, not even the gotcha, because after all it is totally true, even if a year old.

I admit he did get me. I didn't catch the date until the second reading.
