The accounts of the crucifixion are differently related in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Time of the hour, weather conditions, people in the tomb, etc. Matthew tells us of the earthquake -- that the rocks rent -- that the veil of the temple was rent in twain from top to bottom -- that many of the Saints came out of their graves after the resurrection, and went into and appeared unto many. The other three failed to report it all. Even John who details all right down to the crucifixion down to the burial, never mentions a one of these things. If it were true these had happened, & the writers had lived at this time and were the persons they were supposed to be namely the four Apostles, it was not possible for them as true historians even without God's inspiration, not to have recorded them .If they were facts, they were too unusual not to have been known. Earthquakes are a natural event but those graves opening themselves andand reviving the dead Saints is a supernatural event that would point to the truth of their Apostleship and doctrine. If true it would have filled those books and been their chosen theme. Instead we get little trivial information in tid-bits of he said this and she said that. The other three either never saw it happen or were not present. Its easy to tell a lie but very difficult to support the lie after it is told. The writer of the book of Matthew should have gotten their names and told of their entry into the city and how people reacted to them. He would have told whether they were clothed how their body was checked to be sure it was a human body like they poked in Jesus side after the resurrection. The purpose of their return and how they readjusted to the times. What happened to them afterward? Did they re-enter the grave and close it, were they still dressed, were ther any women and the thousands of questions anyone witnessing would ask. Surely these men being prophets had much prophecy to relate. Strange they left none. Very strange they never related what had happened to them while on the other side. No wonder these people want to accept blind faith over reason. No sane man could buy this garbaged exaggeration. Yet they claim I am nuts. Well guess they are coming to take me away! ha!ha!
