This PR guy was responsible for selling the company to Wall
Street last month. From my conversations with him, I think he knows a little bit more about the company, its technology, and the management than the usual bunch of LA and NYC mercenaries most companies employ to field IR/PR questions.

What's the point. No one in the company can tell us anything on TX anyway. If talks are called off or a deal is made, an announcement will be made. If you can get any better information, by all means try. I really don't think, however, a lot can be said that hasn't already been said. Just a waiting game now.
