WARNING IS BOGUS AND POSSIBLY LIBELOUS! Kanakaris has no cash flow problems, is NOT doing any private offering, and the Quade State deal does include a profit margin. You must be someone upset at the company or something. We will be trying to find out who you are!

Merlin--you should be very careful. If what you are saying is not true beyond the shadow of a doubt you could go to jail for libel. I suspect the KANA attorneys have already been notified. You had better wise up quickly and stop making stupid and false statements.
